Akshay Kumar Launches Mobile Action Game FAU-G: Shares Teaser & Download Link

On the 72nd Republic Day, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar took to social media, announcing the launch of the mobile action game Fearless and United Guards (FAU-G) developed by the nCore Games.
FAU-G was first announced in September last year after the ban of the multiplayer game PUBG. FAU-G has gained quite a lot of buzz right after the Chinese app ban in India that prevented gamers from playing PUBG Mobile, one of the most popular mobile games at the time.
On 26 January, Akshay Kumar took to social media to officially launch the mobile game FAU-G. “Face the enemy. Fight for your country. Protect Our Flag. India’s most anticipated action game, Fearless and United Guards: FAU-G takes you to the frontlines and beyond! Start your mission today”, tweeted the actor.
About FAU-G
FAU-G, aka Fearless and United Guards, is a mobile action game been made in India by Bangalore-based company nCore Games. Akshay Kumar announced the game back in September 2020 after the Indian government banned PUBG Mobile. The Bollywood actor tweeted, “It supports Atmanirbhar movement” and that “players will also learn about the sacrifices of our soldiers.” He further shared that 20 percent of the revenue generated by the game will be donated to Bharat Ke Veer trust.
The nCore Games co-founder, Vishal Gondal had revealed that the first level in FAU-G is based on the Galwan Valley skirmish. In this level, players will see the Indian Army engaged with Chinese troops.
While FAU-G has been referred to as an Indian alternative for PUBG Mobile, it doesn't seem to feature the same battle royale-style gameplay yet. However, a report stated that the game has a story mode at launch, and multiplayer and battle royale modes later down the line.
